To comply with the legal requirements of fulfilling a prescription your information may, when applicable, be shared with a pharmacy.

Your information will never be shared for external marketing purposes or forwarded to any third party other than as required in the course of your treatment.

From time to time we may like to contact you with appointment reminders, clinical news, latest offers and services subject to your agreement.

If you require a copy of your clinical records they will be provided within 28 days following a request made to your practitioner.
