Terms and Conditions

A £50 (non-refundable) deposit is required when booking a treatment appointment.  Please note that this charge only applies to treatment appointments; consultations remain free and without obligation to proceed with a treatment.  This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Deposits can be taken in person, over the phone or via bank transfer.  You can request a paper copy of the Booking and Treatment Terms & Conditions if the deposit is paid in person, or via an email confirmation with the Booking and Treatment Terms & Conditions attached when paying over the phone or bank transfer.

If you need to amend the date of your treatment appointment we will require at least 24 hours notice or you will lose your deposit.  We do appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so please contact us on +44 7809 238148 as soon as possible to advise us of any change and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that all treatment costs are non-refundable.  However, if you are unhappy with the service provided by Nuleaf Aesthetics, please discuss with your Nuleaf Aesthetics practitioner.
